Returns are inevitable, and the Odoo Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tool simplifies their
management. Each returned order receives a unique return code for easy tracking and processing
through departments.
This module speeds up returns and exchanges while organizing your reverse logistics to reduce delays
and errors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Return Stage Management
Odoo Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) enables admin and customers to generate an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) request via the website or backend. Admin can set return stages
(e.g., New, Submitted) and each product receives a unique return number for tracking.
You can create multiple return stages based on your needs. Once the product is processed, the return,
exchange, or refund is issued, and the return is closed.
Submit Return Request
The Odoo Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) enables customers to submit return requests for
their purchased products through their website accounts. They can also track the current status of their
return requests directly from their accounts.
Additionally, the app allows Odoo admin and customers to communicate queries, requirements, or
updates, enhancing communication between both parties.
