The Key Features


Configure of Shifts in standard HR Schedule

1- Set of Min(check-in) and Max checkout in minutes

define the maximum/minimum period available to register biometric as check in or out.

2- Deal and handle of all times with timzone defined in time zone in schedule settings.

Register Shifts attendance data and reports

1- read records of device to register all attendances in attendance screen and calculate the worked hours and overtime.

2- Ability to print report of attendances and sum of all shifts time based on day of employees.

Biometric Register of Attendances by:

1- Checkin and Checkout

Read from device the the records with checkin and checkout option from Biometric device, so you require to choose you attenance type first and then attend.

2- First Checkin and Last Checkout

To fix muliple attendance records or wrong entered types of attendance (checkin and checkout) you can register the first record as checkin and the last record as checkout.

Ability to define (period time) between attendance records to sure that the first is checkin and after gap period of time the last record is register as checkout record.

Multiple PIN Code of muliple Devices:

Allow Employees to have multiple PIN Code in multiple devices and define in employee profile. The employee can attend from multiple devices and the attenace will be registered.

Employees Attendances:

Register of the attendances of all employees they confirm to these conditions:
- Have Work Schedule assigned per employee Contract
- Have PIN Code of at least one machine

Avoid Duplicate attendance Records:

Avoid duplicate of attendance records by two ways:

- ignore the duplicate records in reading from device

- if there is duplicate record with difference time, you can define period as gap you can sure any read after that is checkout record.

Times Pattern:

Read times with 24h Ex.(05:00(AM), 12:30(PM), 14:30(PM), 23:30(PM),..etc)

- Type_2
- Password
- Card

Enter Biometric Shift Configuration

define the maximum/minimum period available to register biometric as check in or out.
A 24-hour scheme uses the 24-hour clock (e.g., 20:00 for 8 PM, 00:00 for midnight) for clarity and precision.
Cross-day shifts, such as 20:00 Sunday to 08:00 Monday, are labeled with both days to avoid confusion
Supporting work shifts that span across two days, such as a shift starting at 8:00 PM on Sunday and ending at 8:00 AM the following Monday.

Attendance Records Fields

Cacluate overtime and show matched shift and related data fields.

Device Settings

Configure the device by giving the device IP address, port number and choose Register option by (Check in out or First Last).

Enter Biometric Deviec IDs in Employee Profile

Enter the biometric ids of muliple machines which is given in the device for the particular user.

Download Data

Import the data from device by of all employees defined IDs by clicking the download button.

View Devices Attendance Log

You can view all attendance records from the Deivces defined.

View Attendance Records by Check in and Checkout Register option

All Attendance Records must have checkin and checkout record to show in Manager->Attendances menu

View Attendance Records by First checkin and Last checkout Register option

All Attendance Records the first record is checkin and last record is checkout to show in Manager->Attendances menu
