POS Product Exchange
Exchange/return product of POS Order Within Running POS Session
Exchange/replace any previous order products in a more convenient way is something which every customer strives for in today's world. As after standing in a long queue, customers desire that the user at the POS consumes less time to exchange or replace their products. Hence, we have introduced our module POS Product Exchange, which has the feature to exchange products of any previous order at ease and in a more convenient manner with allied features.
- A seller can exchange/replace products of any order within POS Session.
- A seller can exchange product of orders belonging to current session as well as exchange product of orders those were created after a specific date configured in the backend.
- A seller can exchange all products of an order or some products (by selecting products to exchange).
- A seller can exchange partially returned order again if the customer desires so.
- A seller can see the detailed view ( ordered products, quantity, price, total amount, payment mode, customer etc.) of previous orders directly in POS Session.
- No complex backend configuration.
POS Product Exchange
After clicking Exchange button, fill the product(s) quantities that customer want to exchange/replace as shown below.
Seller can add product to the exchange order that customer wish to purchase in return of his exchange products.
Here seller can choose the payment method that he wishes to use for exchange order. For ex: If total amount is greater than zero after adding new product than seller can also choose any payment method to process exchange order or in case if total amount is less than zero than seller can also choose payment method for negative amount.
Case 1: When total amount is greater than zero, i.e. Extra amount that customer has to pay after deducting price of exchanged products from the total amount.
Case 2: When total amount is negative, i.e. Total amount that seller has to pay to customer as refund amount after Exchanging order (remaining amount after product exchange).
Seller can also see which and how much quantity of product(s) is exchanged. For partially returned order if any situation comes that customer desires to exchange/return products again than seller can exchange remaining products again.
