Installation Steps:
Ensure you have the core accounting and mail modules installed.
Install the Partner Ledger Folded module.
Access the Partner Ledger report under Accounting → Reporting → Partner Ledger.
Use the new Base PDF/XLSX or Fold PDF/XLSX buttons to export ledger in unfolded or folded formats.
In the folded export, journal lines are hidden until the user expands them.

1. Partner ledger.
As you can see, before installing our Partner Ledger Folded module, only these buttons are available.
2. Partner Ledger Folded Module.
Now, Activate the Partner Ledger Folded module.
3. Partner Ledger with Folded Button.
After installing the Partner Ledger Folded module, two additional buttons will become visible.
4. Base PDF Button.
Now, click on the Base PDF button, and you will see that one section of the data is folded while the other is unfolded.
5. Generated PDF Report.
Once you click on the Base PDF button, you will see that the one section data is folded and one section data is expanded (unfolded) in the PDF.
6. Fold PDF Button.
Now, click on the Fold PDF button, and you will see that one part of the data is folded while the other remains unfolded.
7. Generated Fold PDF Report.
Clicking the Fold PDF button will fold all the data in the PDF, unlike the base version which shows the data unfolded.
8. Base XLSX Button.
Now click on this base xlsx button, and you can see that one section of data is folded and one section of data is unfolded data.
9. Generated XLSX Report.
Clicking the Base XLSX button will display the data in an expanded (unfolded) format within the XLSX file.
10. Fold XLSX Button.
Now click on this fold xlsx button, and you can see that one section of the data is folded and one section of the data is unfolded.
