1. User Access Rights for Last Order Info.

After installing the module, follow these steps to grant users access to the Partner Last PO and SO Order feature:
1. Navigate to Settings => Users.
2. Select the user you want to authorize.
3. In the user configuration, enable the appropriate Partner Last PO and SO Order Access Rights.
A user-specific access control setting allows system administrators to enable or restrict visibility of last order data on the partner form.

2. Partner Form - Before New Order Confirmation.

Before new orders are confirmed, the partner form continues to show the previously confirmed last Sale and Purchase Orders.

3. Sale Order Confirmation View.

Once a Sale Order is confirmed, the linked partner’s form is automatically updated with the most recent Sale Order reference and its confirmation date.

4. Purchase order Confirmation View.

Once a Purchase Order is confirmed, the linked partner’s form is automatically updated with the most recent Purchase Order reference and its confirmation date.

5. Partner Form - After Order Confirmation.

Upon confirmation of new Sale and Purchase Orders, the partner record is automatically updated to reflect the latest order numbers and confirmation dates
