Payment Providers
First, navigate to the website and select Configuration to configure payment options for online transactions. Next, click on payment providers to access the available payment methods. Finally, select the Thawani payment provider.
Enter Credentials
Select the Thawani payment provider to enable it for processing transactions. After activation, enter the necessary credentials, including the Thawani secret key and thawing publishable key, on the payment providers page.
Enable Payment Method
Navigate to the configuration tab and have the admin click on "Enable Payment Methods." Once the feature is activated, the name of the selected payment method will appear in the payment form section. This visibility provides users with clear options for processing payments efficiently.

To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the Thawani payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make thawing payments during the checkout process
Delivery Method Page
After selecting the products, proceed to choose the delivery method to ensure accurate shipping for your order. This selection is essential for confirming the order summary details related to the products.
Thawani Payment Option
The Thawani payment option is now available for use. Select the Thawani payment method to initiate online transactions.
Thawani Card Details
After selecting the Thawani payment option, review the order summary and proceed to enter the required details. Input your card information, including the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
OTP Popup
After clicking the pay button, a popup will appear prompting you to enter your OTP. Input the valid OTP number provided and then click the "Verify & Pay" button to complete the transaction.
Order Payment Information
The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed. This message assures users that their payment was completed without errors.
Payment Transaction History
Access the configuration settings and select payment transactions to view the payment transaction history. This section will display all transaction records along with their current status for easy monitoring.
Thawani Transaction Details
View the complete payment transaction details, which include the thawing transaction ID, thawing transaction currency, and thawing transaction status. This information provides a clear overview of the transaction for better tracking and management.
Customers Payment List
Navigate to Invoicing and select Customers, then choose Payments. Choose any one payment in the list to view the payment details.
Refund Process
On the customer payment page, you can view details of the order processed using the Thawani payment option. To initiate a refund, click the refund button corresponding to the amount you wish to refund.
Refund Reason
After clicking the refund button, a popup will display details including the Thawani transaction ID, Thawani payment ID, and the maximum refund amount. Enter the reason for the refund based on your preferences. Providing this information is important for processing the refund accurately.
Refund Payment Transaction History
Show the refund payment transaction history along with their statuses on the payment transaction page. This information allows for efficient tracking of all refund transactions processed.
Refund Transaction Details
Display the complete details of the refund transaction, including the refund amount. In the Thawani refund details section, provide the Thawani refund ID, refund currency, and refund status.
