Make Recurring Invoice

Configure a invoice for recurring operation, Go to Invoicing -> Customers -> Invoices -> In action menu click on "Make Recurring" action for configuring recurring invoice.

On selecting "Make Recurring" action, a configuration wizard will pop-up with following functionality

Fields Description

  • Name: By default invoice number will appear on name field

  • Partner: By default customer name will be defined

  • Recurring Interval: The recurring interval duration works in conjunction with the set recurring unit (Day, Month or Year). For e.g. if '1' is set as recurring interval and recurring unit is set to Month, then the system will generate recurring invoice every month

  • Recurring Unit: Option to set recurring unit like, Days, Week, Month or Year

  • Recurring Number: The recurring number defines the total recurring invoices to be generated

  • First Date: Recurring start Date
