Installation Steps (general outline):
Confirm that all required modules—CRM, Discuss, Invoicing, Project, Recruitment, Sales, Calendar, Contacts, and HR—are installed.
Add mail_smtp_imap_by_company to your Odoo Add-Ons directory.
Enable Developer Mode, update the app list, and install the module.
Within each company’s settings, configure its dedicated SMTP server, IMAP server, and alias domain accordingly.
Email Aliases with Multiple Domain and Multi Company
