Installation steps:

Create user and give rights as Own Customer Only
Martin user can see own customer martin
Martin can access own customer in quotation/sale order
Set martin as Allow Salesperson Customer Only in partner acess group
Allow salesperson who can access partner
in quotation martin can see those user which allow to him
Set martin as All Customer in partner access group
here martin is All Customer rights so martin can see all partner
