If the counted cash doesn’t match the expected amount, the system triggers a validation request. A designated manager must approve the closure, ensuring accuracy in financial handling and promoting accountability.

How to use
- To enable generate pdf and send email of close session report here is the configuration.
- To display closing balance during close session from POS here is the configuration.
- Cashier allows put some money as a open balance in cash drawer.
- Click POS Session close to open closing cash control popup.
- After set closing balance, if difference is in negative then ask for confirmation.
- Click ok to close session and print Z report.
- Email will be sent to user.
